About the property
Villa Evita was built in 2006. and fully equipped in 2015. With 4 bedrooms the villa can accommodate up to 8 persons of which 2 children, making it perfect for larger families. On the ground floor you will find an elegant dining room with a fireplace, which literally creates a warm atmosphere. Connected to the dining room there is a vintage looking, yet fully equipped kitchen so you have everything you need in this luxury villa. Two of the bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a baby cot and an ensuite bathroom, are located on the ground floor and two are on the first floor. One of the cosy bedrooms on the first floor is equipped with two single beds and has a private balcony. On the first floor you can also relax in the air conditioned living room, which has it own lounge area on the terrace with an excellent view of the surroundings. The outside area is also most stunning, from your own private pool with sun loungers as well as an lounge area to the covered dining area for eating al fresco. You will not make a mistake if you choose this beautiful villa!

Villa Evita
Das Platzangebot in der Villa Evita ist hervorragend. Die Schlafzimmer sind auf 2 Stockwerke verteilt und bieten ausreichend Platz. 4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder.
Besonders die beiden großen Tische wurden gerne genutzt. Frühstück, Mittag- oder Abendessen, auch für Spiele mit den Kindern top. Ein Tisch befindet sich im Wohnzimmer und einer im überdachten Außenbereich.
Die Lounge direkt neben dem Pool ist sehr gemütlich. Leider hatten wir 2 Regentage und konnten diese nicht immer nutzen.
Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ansprechend. Es ist alles vorhanden was für den Urlaub benötigt wird. Eine Kaffeemaschine (Dolce Gusto) ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Im Ort, ca. 5 Gehminuten, befindet sich ein kleiner Laden für frische Semmeln. Größere Supermärkte nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.
Die Zimmer und Bäder waren sauber. Die Einrichtung geschmackvoll.
Die Poolreinigung war 1x fix und auf Anfrage wurde sogar eine 2te innerhalb 15 Minuten durchgeführt.
Die Vermieterin war ausgesprochen freundlich und versorgte uns mit allerlei Informationen. Tipps für Restaurants waren super!
Es war unser vierter Urlaub in Kroatien und diese Villa hat ein sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.
Eine klare Empfehlung!
