Villa Evita is a lovely, modern furnished holiday house (semi-detached house) located in the quarter Kukci, about 3 km from the sea and 4 km (less than 5 minutes drive) from Porec. Porec is the tourist hotspot of Croatia and you can find there all kinds of entertainment, dining, activities, shopping etc.

Villa Evita was built in 2006. and fully equipped in 2015. With 4 bedrooms the villa can accommodate up to 8 persons of which 2 children, making it perfect for larger families.

Villa Nancy is a modern designer villa with swimming pool near Vižinada, 17 km from Poreč. With the special design, the dark green infinity pool, the quiet location on the edge of the village and the sauna and whirlpool overlooking the pool, it falls on among the other holiday homes in the area.

In the village itself, just a few minutes’ walk from the house, there is a pizzeria, in Vižinada is a shop and a cafe. The surroundings of Vižinada are well-known for wine roads, rural households and olive oil roads.
